He's inside the dojo located in front of his house, wearing just a pair of white Karate pants tied with a black belt and doing sit-ups. He's currently at 299, about to complete his 300th sit-up.

The roof gives in from the rain having weakened the supports.
Silk falls through the roof and lands on top of Kazuya. She seems heavily intoxicated and extremely smiley for someone who just fell through the roof.

Not only was he completely drenched from the rain pouring in through the hole in the roof, the supports weakened from the downpour, he was also being used as a cushion by Silk Velasquez, whom had fallen through said hole, and was utterly confused why she was even here in the first place. ... Okay, he was quite bowled over, but with that realization came the horrible truth... He'd have to go and fix the roof!
["... Gah... Ms. Velasquez... How did you get here, and why did you fall through the roof of our dojo?"]
For someone who was bowled over, he sure didn't seem like in much of a hurry to get her off him.

Silk grinned in reply.
"Wouldn't you like to know."
She giggled and just sat there. Her dark hair, clothes were soaked from the rain but she didn't even seem to notice. How long had she been outside during the rain? She would look up, still kind of laughing at the situation.
"Oi... Kazuya... You got a hole in your roof."

"... Not really to be honest, and I noticed. You're not the only one drenched."
Gently pushing her off of him and climbing to his feet, he'd quickly go find a tarp to put up covering the hole, which meant he went outside into the pouring rain to do so. But thanks to his Qi, he managed to keep himself from becoming even more drenched, even drying himself off a little.
"... Sake?"
He'd offer after coming back into the dojo and grabbing a bottle and some cups after drying the wooden floor off with a towel, plopping down cross-legged on the dojo floor beside her.

Silk pouted as she was pushed off. She gave a heavy sigh of annoyance before flopping onto her back and staring up through the hole in the roof. She blinked seeing Kazuya cover it over with a tarp. When he returned offering Sake she grinned again.
"That is a dumb question don't you think?"
She laughed.
BAHDAHDUM!!!! Temptation of a soaking wet Silk resisted. You level up! Congratulations! <3

Because the Japanese are all about politeness, my goodness. Pouring himself a cup then downing it in one gulp, he'd pour himself another one before handing the entire bottle to Silk for herself. He'd fix the roof later... when it wasn't raining cats and dogs.
Damn you rainstorms, but awesome, broken stat caps and resisting temptations like a boss and moving to God Tier!
