It is said that anyone who shares that Kyne's blood can turn this seemingly old, wooden cane into a weapon fit for a king. Maybe that's why the Kyne's took the king cobra for the Irish Kings symbol. +20 Spr Power: User can hypnotize anyone that has the cane in their field of vision. It doesn't have to be their focus, so long as the cane is in their visual spectrum it can be used. If the victim's Wisdom is higher than the users Spirit than there's no effect. It's also actually a really good walking cane, too.
