The Hikari-gumi (光組; Light Group) is a Yakuza syndicate founded by Kazunari Hikari, and is the most powerful gang in Tokyo, Japan. Kane Hikari, Kazuya's father, is the current family boss, with Kazuya the successor to the second generation boss. The various regional gangs control territory all throughout Japan and Okinawa, as well as a branch that controls the entire country of Korea too.
