The Seven Sins Aristocracy was formed in secret when the North American Mobsters came together to form a unified effort to control the rapidly decaying status of the North American Union and its holds to todays grasp on the world. The Pact that was once formed of three nations has now devolved into Seven sub-sect gangs that make up the one. The Seven Sins Pact is overseen by Lord Asher Loche. A man who stands as an effective "king" amongst the mobsters and rules by an iron pact of fear for the decaying economic world in which they live.
