Abilities:
- Thievery: Even before moving to Ireland, Dylan found a more natural high in stealing things. Whether it be someones wallet, or a brand new sports car, he's done it all over the years. Couple this skill with his talent for magic - or misdirection as he calls it - and you've got yourself quite the thief. He's just as good at taking things as he is at planting them as well, which has come in handy more than once throughout his life.
- Psychology: Having a lack of most "normal" human emotions, Dylan has studied the human psyche in order to better understand people the people around him. Everything from body language, to eye contact, to their tone of voice, and beyond; he's able to understand most people better than they understand themselves. This makes it easier for him to see what type of person he's dealing with, and what he needs to do to get the desired outcome from their interaction.
- Torture: Most of his youth was untainted and pretty normal, but as soon as he moved to Ireland he was quickly brought into its deadly crime world. It didn't take him long to find an affinity for torturing people, and this was amplified as he specialized in it. If the family needs some information, or simply wants someone punished without killing them, he's the one they turn to.
- Chemistry: Though torture was something he became infamous for, Dylan has learned how to create deadly poisons, crippling toxins, and many other chemicals that help make his sessions of torture all the more frightening. As the years passed, he branched out and started making his own recreational drugs. Mixing his chemical knowledge with his aptitude for torture, he earned the nickname "The Blue-Eyed Serpent".
- Parkour: He's had to run from the law ever since he found excitement in thievery as a young teen, and his ability to escape pursuers has only increased as the severity of his crimes grew. Climbing walls, jumping from building to building, and sliding over moving cars without stopping are just a few of the techniques he uses to outrun those that are after him. He's only been caught once in his life, and that instance wasn't even his fault.
- Acting: Lacking standard social skills growing up, his older brother and mother taught him how to act in just about any situation. This wasn't an easy skill for him to master, and so most of his pre-teen years were spent as an awkward and detached youth, but he has since become fully capable of acting like a functioning member of society. He's become almost too good at acting, as his lies and truths are almost indistinguishable. Even though this is his most passive ability, it is probably the one he is proudest of.
- Music: Though it is one of the skills that few know about, Dylan is actually a pretty talented musician. Not mind blowing by any means, but he can play guitar, piano, and bass at a above average level. He is best at singing, however, and has been known to serenade women when he's too drunk to realize he's doing so. Recently, he's decided to explore this less violent part of himself, and he has enjoyed his time on the road so far. He may even pick up a new instrument if the mood strikes.

Mental Information
Personality: Dylan is a frightening person to cross paths with. Not because he's immediately seen as a threat to the well-being of those around him, but the exact opposite. Dylan is a seemingly carefree young man, often seen as nothing more than a lovable idiot, but this is something that had been taught to him at a young age. He is charming, goofy, and relatively nice in almost all public interactions, but his true feelings and intentions are hidden beneath this uncannily clever facade.
The real Dylan has little care for anyone or anything, and finds joy out of watching people squirm as they try to survive in the chaos of their world. He isn't inherently evil, especially in his own eyes, but is instead a man without the limits of morality. Murder, blackmail, torture, drug dealing; These are all simply things that one can choose to occupy their time with, and he has basked in the chaos they create for over eight years. He is well aware that society may label him a sociopath - if they knew how he really felt about things - but cares little about said title.
That being said, he is still able to develop some semblance of feelings for those that he spends time with. Though his family are seen as a weakness, he considers them a necessary one. They have helped shape him into who he is, and he owes them for that, if nothing else. The friends and allies he's made throughout the years are more expendable, but that doesn't mean he'll go out of his way to cause them harm. Relationships, for him, have been based purely on outward appearance, as it is difficult for him to actually connect with women on an emotional level. He can act the part, but has yet to actually feel anything close to what he believes "love" is.
Mentality: Sane, as far as he's concerned.
Ideal: "Follow the path of Chaos, and you will never feel unfulfilled."
Belief: Moral Nihilist
Physical Information
Head: Seemingly a family trait, at least between him and his siblings, Dylan was born with dashing good looks. His hair is naturally reddish blonde and slightly wavy, but he has started dying it dirty blonde. He's kept it at a medium-short length, and often uses a small amount of product to either lift it up or give himself a bedhead look. His face still has a bit of youth to it, but with the long stubble that he usually sports it evens out. He has a dimple chin, piercing blue eyes, and a fairly masculine jawline, but besides that most of his features are soft and youthful.
Physique: Though Dylan has been blessed with good physical genes on both sides of his family, he has still worked to keep in shape non-stop since he was thirteen years old. This was, at first, to make up for the lack of interpersonal communications in his youth, but as he became more comfortable and confident in social situations his reasons for staying built began to shift. He enjoyed the attention that he got for being one of the "attractive" guys in school, and so he began working even harder toward the end of high school. Moving to Ireland brought his physical training to a whole other level, as he had weekly cage fights, and he began bulking up a little more to keep up with his competition. His entire body is sculpted and firm: With large pectorals, eight pack abs, bulked shoulder and neck muscles, and medium sized muscles over the rest of his body. He holds even ground between having a fast and strong body type, so as not to limit himself.
Markings: The dangers that Dylan has endured, and escaped, over the years have left his body in less than pristine condition. Though he has almost countless scars and burn marks over most of his body, there are a few that stand out: His back has around a dozen deep slashing scars going across it in different directions, there is a crude (S) branded on his left pectoral muscle, and each of his inner forearms have a long scar running from wrist to inner elbow. Besides the more "natural" markings on his body, he also has a couple of tattoos: His right shoulder has his family crest - A serpent wrapped around a mace - with "R.I.P. Matthias R. Kyne" written right below it, and his back has a tree - his family tree - with the names of the Kyne family members located on their respective areas. (Though, this tattoo is almost impossible to fully make out now)
Attire: For the most part, Dylan keeps his wardrobe fairly simple. He has a number of different colored tight tee shirts, long sleeved shirts, and tank tops either hanging in his closet or folded in his drawers, and quite often wears some sort of jacket or trench coat over said shirts. He always wears a thin, silver chain necklace with a cross hanging from it - even though he doesn't believe in God - out of respect for his family's beliefs. He has a wide variety of pants, ranging from faded jeans, to sweat pants, and even a large selection of pajama pants which are his go-to on his "lazy days". He usually only wears some sort of leather boots on his feet, but he has running shoes for when the time is right. He keeps one full set of dress clothes for when he needs them, but even when the occasion arises he usually just shows up in regular clothes.
Fighting Information
Fighting Style: Underground Brawling
Years Practiced: Over Eight Years
Description of Style: Not so much a "style" as it is pure experience in underground cage fights around Ireland. Drugs, alcohol, and blood are common place, and Dylan's had each of them either enter or exit his body throughout his many fights in the ring. Though he's never really gotten any joy from these fights, he can appreciate the skill and endurance he's gained from participating in them. His actual style of fighting has evolved over the years, going from pure punches and kicks to something more developed and versatile. He tends to fight very defensively, using his opponents attacks against them through grapples and throws, but he will stand toe to toe if the mood strikes.
History Information
History: Dylan's story began like almost everyone else's: He was conceived during one of his father's trips over to the United State, close to a year and a half after his brother Pierce was born. Though his parents only got to see each other for two or three, two week periods every year, their love was undeniable. Since Yvette stayed away from drugs or alcohol, because of the harm they did to both the mother and the child, Dylan developed in her womb without an sort of problems. That is, until about a month before she was scheduled to give birth.
She was on her way to a meeting with her agent, when a man dressed in all black threatened her life if she didn't hand over all of her money. She quickly handed her purse over, but in his panic, the man accidentally pulled the trigger of his gun. The bullet went into her bloated belly, but too high to actually hit the child. The only problem was because of the trauma it caused, Yvette went into labor immediately after being shot. A man picked her up and brought her to the hospital, where a team of doctors worked through the next three days to ensure both mother and child would live.
After the problems had passed, the doctors performed a C-section on Yvette because she was exhausted from the surgery, and successfully removed Dylan from her womb. The first sign that he wasn't just your average newborn was the fact that he didn't cry when he came out, or even after they spanked him to try and get him to. He was as silent as the night, and so the doctors thought that the child may have been deft or had some other major problem. After a few days of tests and observation, however, they couldn't find anything wrong with him, and he still smiled and laughed when he was in his mother's arms. His father even made a trip to see and hold him after everything was settled, and he brought them all back to their house.
Dylan may have been an adorable child, but by the time he was three or four years old, his mother had noticed that there was definitely something odd about her child. The first major sign was when he was four: She had walked into the house after going out to eat with Dylan's father, and she found him holding a knife and covered in blood. He had stabbed their dog multiple times, and was now trying to get it to play again. Pierce, who was six at the time, didn't know how to handle it, and so his mother washed Dylan up and scolded him, saying that what he did was wrong. He didn't understand how it was wrong, or why his mother was crying. All he knew was that it hurt his family, and so he wouldn't do it in front of them again.
The years went by with Dylan's little sister, Kaytlin, being born when he was a little older than five, and soon Dylan began going to school. His teachers and fellow students quickly saw that he wasn't exactly a normal child, as he rarely smiled or laughed or even cried when he was hurt. His mother simply explained that he was a very reserved and shy child, as she and Pierce worked with Dylan when he wasn't in school. They taught him the correct responses to questions and scenarios, and even gave him books to study and learn how to interact with his people. Luckily for them, Dylan was a brilliant child, and he quickly began adapting himself into what society considered "normal and acceptable".
By the time he hit thirteen, and was starting his first year of junior high, Dylan had finally become socially accepted by his fellow students. Hell, he was more than accepted: he had made his way up the social ladder and was one of the "cool kids" now, and he didn't plan on losing his position near the top any time soon. He liked the attention, the admiration, and the desire that girls had to be with him. It was all fairly new, but he embraced it without a problem. Since he was doing so well with those around him, Pierce decided to move out to Ireland to help his father with the "family business", leaving Dylan, his mother, and his little sister in New York. They missed his presence, but he still visited every time Matthias did, so it's not like he disappeared.
Dylan's inner desire for thrill re-emerged when he was thirteen, and so he started to pick pockets just for the rush it gave him. Stealing was even more of a thrill when someone knew he did it, just because of the adrenaline that coursed through his veins as he ran away from his pursuers. Stealing was the beginning, but it still wasn't enough for him. He soon found that drugs were something that he almost couldn't live without. Marijuana was the starter, but the smell always gave him away when he was in school, so he got into heroine instead. He stayed away from injecting it, instead just rubbing it on his gums and tongue. He knew that his mother knew what he was doing, but so long as he stayed out of trouble she never brought it up to him.
Most of his junior and senior high years went by like this, but he also had a large number of relationships with girls as well. None of them lasted more than three months, and even though some of them had said and acted like they loved him, he could never bring himself to truthfully say it back to them. He lied, and said he did, but the change in the relationship dynamic was always strange to him, and so he would end it just to find a new girl to try all over again with. It was a very repetitive cycle, but something that he did to remain as normal as possible. He wanted to know what "love" was truly like, but could never experience it himself. It was frustrating, but there was nothing that he could do besides more trial and error until he succeeded.
After finishing his senior year of high school, Dylan had made the decision to move out to Ireland to be with his father, brother, and the rest of the Kyne family. He knew it was be a major change, but he needed it. Things had become stale where he was, and so a change of scenery was easily accepted. However, about a week or so before he was scheduled to fly over to Ireland, he and his family received word that his father had been murdered. His mother and sister cried for what seemed like days, and they all flew over to Ireland for his funeral. There were only two dry eyes throughout the entire church: Dylan's own eyes, and his grandfather Roderick's. The two of them had a long chat after the funeral finished which led to Dylan saying goodbye, for now, to his mother and sister. He was staying in Ireland to get revenge for his father's death, and to join the Irish Kings.
Though Roderick saw potential in Dylan, after a quick spar between grandfather and grandson, it was apparent that Dylan wasn't ready for actual combat. So, his grandfather made Dylan take part in the weekly underground cage fights that were held all throughout Ireland, in order to train himself up as a fighter. In the beginning, Dylan lost almost every fight that he entered into since he was far less experienced than most of the other fighters, but he was a fast learner and very adaptable. When it got to the point that he was booed and had things thrown at him for losing so much, he started to dominate almost every opponent he entered the cage against. It only took him around six months to gain the skills needed to hold his own against people in a fight, and so his grandfather brought him in for the next stage in his initiation.
They had recently figured out who was responsible for the death of his father - a rival Scottish gang family called the Murdochs - and plans had been set in motion for the Irish Kings to get revenge. Even though Pierce wanted to get back at those that killed his father, he didn't have the stomach to go through with the plan that his grandfather had put together, so Dylan was brought along in his place. The plan was to rush the Murdoch estate during a family gathering, kill most of them, and capture one or two to get any useful information that they had. It was Dylan's first real mission, but he was as calm as could be. He knew what he had to do, and was focused on the picture of all those responsible surrounded in puddles of their own blood.
When the Irish Kings arrived at the front of the Murdoch estate, those that were chosen for the mission busted through the front doors and windows and began killing everyone inside one by one. No guns, only knives: This was beyond personal for them, and they wanted to see the life fade from those involved with the Murdoch family. Dylan took a number of lives that day, but he proved just how ruthless he was that day when he murdered all of the children that were hiding in a closet on the upper floor. A woman was guarding them, pleading for him to spare the children and take her life. Her stabbed her once, threw her on the floor, and then made her watch as he slit each and every one of their throats before slitting her own. He wasn't tasked with bringing back captives, so no one would escape his blade.
After all was said and done, Dylan's grandfather and Aedan Dalaigh had captured a man each, and the Kings lit the estate on fire. Dylan had yet to leave the building, slowly walking through the halls in a sort of trance. He was covered in blood and wounds from those that actually fought back, and the flames that he passed on his way out caused some minor burns to his arms and legs. When he finally exited the front doors, his grandfather put the flames on his clothes out, and escorted him to the getaway vehicle. That was the first night that Dylan had taken the life of a human being, and he still felt nothing. Even after all of the years of help and teaching his brother and mother gave him, he still didn't feel like taking a life was wrong. All he knew was that he felt satisfied that they were dead: Burning like fleshy marshmallows in the massive bonfire that was their home. He slept well that night.
With his father's life avenged, Dylan continued to work on making himself a useful member of the Irish Kings. He started learning how to manipulate chemicals, toxins, and poisons to use against those that the family captured, and was picked to start using them on the two that they took from the Murdoch estate. He made one man lose his mind on an extremely enhanced version of LSD, while the other one he gave small doses of a homemade toxin that increased the feeling of pain in the victim. He tortured each of them for almost a month - getting everything that he needed within the first few days - before ending both of their lives with a slow-working poison. His grandfather realized that he had an affinity for torture, with his lack of morals and restraint, and so Dylan was made the Irish Kings "Head of Intelligence" by the time he was only twenty years old.
While Dylan continued to live in the shadows, gathering information and causing many people untold amounts of pain, his brother Pierce was quickly gaining the respect and admiration of the Kings' members. Though they came from the same parents, the two of them couldn't have been any different, but this seemed to be a family trait. Their father and their uncle, Liam Kyne, were also polar opposites, but at least Dylan was proving to have more useful versatility than his uncle. Liam was a bruiser, and nothing more. Dylan had gained notoriety and respect among the Kings, along with probably a bit of fear, so if anything he was more like his grandfather. Pierce was always meant to take up leadership, while Dylan was born to help his brother from the shadows. The combination of their gifts would become clear in the future, but for now they still had to show they were worthy of being the heirs of Kings.
Three years flew by like they were months in Dylan's eyes, and over the years he had gained a nickname that spread throughout Ireland like wildfire: An Nathair Gorm-Eyed, which meant "The Blue-Eyed Serpent". The nickname was more of a rumor, as people had heard the the Irish Kings had a man in their ranks that was a master torturer, though no one knew his name or what he looked like besides vague hearsay. Though Dylan had proven himself a worthy member of the Kyne family, he stilled lived a bit on the rebellious side once he became comfortable in his position among the Kings. He rarely missed a family meeting or anything like that, but it was rare for him to be sober no matter where he was. If his ability to perform dropped like his uncles when he was messed up then maybe the family would've made a big deal about it, but fortunately for them he seemed to get better the more fucked up he was. Roderick took interest in this little bit of info, and actually started to encourage the young man's party lifestyle.
Around his twenty-fifth birthday, Dylan found himself farther and farther from him, travelling further east through Europe than he ever had before. He was strong, confident, and loaded with drugs and the nearly endless money on his familly's black card: Nothing was going to stop him. By the time he reached Italy, he knew deep down that he was heading into hostile territory, but couldn't have cared less. He never had much care for his life. Not that he wanted to die or anything. No, he just never had a real reason to live besides for things that so many "normal" people considered wrong or downright horrific. The only place he could be himself was with the Kings, and even then he had to put on a public mask to hide the real going-ons of the Kyne family. He played the role of rebellious rich heir very well, but the longer he filled the role the more empty he became. He still hadn't found who he was, and the lies and years of acting probably weren't helping.
He got to Romania without any problems, but almost as soon as he checked into his first hostel he had his head hooded, his limbs bound, and his body thrown in the back of a vehicle. They didn't knock him out, giving him the chance to try and remember the turns, but there was no way he could've kept it up for as long as they drove. When they finally came to a stop, Dylan was dragged a long distance through a number of differently floored rooms: Pavement, Wood, Tile; Someone liked to change things up in their estate. He was brought down a couple of staircases, meaning the he was more than likely underground, and nothing good had ever happened underground. His bound hand were hung on some sort of a look, allowing his feet to touch the ground just enough for him to stand with his heels barely above the ground. He knew what was next. Hell, he'd been on the opposite end of the situation. Karma was a bitch.
He stood there - if you could call it that - hanging from the ceiling in silence for what seemed like forever. The sound of a dripping faucet echoed toward him from a distance. He wondered whether they were trying to do a type of water board torture, or if someone just didn't fully turn off the sink. He thought about a lot of things as he began to rock back and forth as he energy escaped him. He found it harder to breath the longer he hung there, starting to lose consciousness for short periods of time before finally drifting to nothingness. This escape was brief, however, as he was violently brought back to reality with a series of flesh rending whip slashes to his back. He could remember a combination of screams and mutters, all in a foreign language, as the whip continued to open more wounds and ruin the tattoo of his family tree. By the time they were done he was as limp as someone could be, and completely unconscious; blood pooling up on the floor beneath him.
The next thing Dylan knew he was waking up in his grandfather's estate, wrapped in medical bandaging with a number of monitors hooked up to him. His grandfather was sitting at the side of his bed, staring at him with an intensity he had never seen in his grandfather's eyes before. It wasn't anger, sadness, or any other emotion that Dylan could usually read off people. He always had a hard time reading his grandfather, and this was no exception. Dylan slowly sat up in the bed and searched for the words to ask his grandfather. All he could ask was "What happened?", and got nothing but a scoff and a slow shake of the head from Roderick. Dylan had been out, according to their calculations, for around four months. One of those months were spent in the custody of the Silivasi clan. When Roderick had figured out exactly where his grandson was being held, it didn't take long before he sent everyone he could to bring pain to all those involved with the Romanian Mafia.
Apparently, while Roderick and his men were killing of western European gangsters in search of him, Dylan was being tortured by the two younger sons of Dimitrie Silivasi. Though he had been out for a month, Dylan's wounds had healed faster than a normal persons should, and the Silivasi family saw this as a threat. The two Silivasi brothers had tortured him in a multitude of ways before getting frustrated by the combination of his healing ability and his grandfather closing in on their location, so they took a sharp flaying knife each and sliced both of Dylan's arms open from wrist to inner elbow. He had been deemed a threat by their father, and so his death was the best outcome they could come up with. Somehow, after having his arms slit open, Dylan got out of his bindings, held both of the brothers in his bleeding arms, and killed them with a deadly poison. Roderick had done tests on the poison, comparing it with Dylan's blood from where he was being held... His blood was the poison.
Dylan knew what that meant, but before he could ask Roderick shook his head, much to his disappointment. Though his old blood had indeed produced poison, when they did blood tests on him at home he was back to normal. For an inner power to surface and then recede back into the body; the only explanation Roderick had was that Dylan had to have been near death, and his power took form to keep him alive. He obviously wasn't ready to fully unlock such a terrifying power, and his grandfather even warned that they often came with major drawbacks upon unlocking them. All Dylan could think about was the fact that he was like his father, and his father before him: He would one day have power. Maybe he wouldn't run the family, and maybe he wouldn't ever fit in, but he would have the ability to eliminate anyone who dared mess with him or his family. Being protective of the family comes with the blood, and family was exactly what Roderick wanted to talk about.
Dylan's brother, Pierce, had gone with their grandfather to help get Dylan back, but had not gone to the basement when they raided the Silivasi estate. He found Dimitrie Silivasi's eldest son and heir in a security room, with one of the monitors showing his brother bloody and wounded on the ground of some cell. Without a second thought, Pierce stabbed the last remaining son of Dimitrie repeatedly, thinking that his little brother had been tortured and murdered by the Silivasi clan. Even though he wasn't entirely wrong about them trying to kill his brother, the fact that Dylan survived and Pierce was captured made things a little more complicated. The Silivasi clan had seen more men and women die on their side than they ever wanted, and the rest of western Europe was almost in arms against them because of the bloodshed that spilled into their allied countries. They may have had Pierce, and held a grudge against the Kyne family for the murder of every son within the Silivasi family, but they knew of Roderick's temperament. A different ultimatum was decided, and agreed, upon by both sides.
Pierce would remain in a Romanian prison for an undisclosed amount of time, Dylan would be betrothed to the only living child of Dimitrie Silivasi, and the bloodshed between eastern and western European gang families will cease, aside from small, internal conflicts that don't get out of hand. Dylan wanted to protest the arranged marriage, especially since he'd killed two of her brothers, and his brother killed her other one, but he knew this was something that had to be done for the better of the Irish Kings and all of the western European families. That, and the moment he saw a picture of his fiancee he almost couldn't believe it. She was gorgeous, without a doubt, but there was no way that they'd be able to have a normal relationship after everything their families had gone through. As his grandfather left him to recover, all Dylan could do was think everything that had happened was his fault.
Aurelia arrived in Ireland a week or so after he woke up, acting like she was actually happy the he had woken up and was walking around again. The two of them spent that day together, but surrounded by either their family, or friends of their family. They played the perfect new couple, teasing each other, and acting like they actually cared to try and learn new things about the other, but as soon as they got a room to themselves things changed quickly. She pinned him up against the wall, acting like she wanted him as she sniffed his chest and kissed at his neck. He let it happen, not being one to turn down the advances of a gorgeous woman, but the moment he felt sharp, cold steel against his lower abdomen he knew she wasn't playing around. She whispered into his ear that he was the one man in the world that she wanted to kill, needed to kill, but couldn't. She pushed the blade into abdomen, right below his belly button, but just barely. It was enough to draw blood, but nothing more.
He could feel the trembling of her hand through the blade as he wiggled slightly inside him. He grabbed her hand and pulled, causing the dagger to fully pierce his stomach. She backed up in shock as he squinted his eyes at the pain. He told her that there had been enough bloodshed between them, and that if he didn't have some sort of guardian angel he would've died instead of her brothers. He knew she hated him, but he also knew that she was smart enough to be able to hide it, and he gave her an ultimatum. She could take out all of her built up anger, frustration, and hatred on him whenever she wants, and she never has to feel anything for him, as long as they give off the air of a happy couple. Walked away from him silently, coming back from the bathroom with bandages and medical supplies. Pulling the dagger out without warning, she kissed him on the lips with a reluctant look in her eye and started mending his wound.
Months have passed since then, and things have finally calmed down around Europe. Negotiations for Pierce's release have been progressing, however slowly, because of Aurelia's cooperation in getting him back from her father's cells. It'll still take some time, but some negotiations are better than none. Roderick has been trying to rebuild after the Silivasi estate, since three of his main family members are either away or predisposed, Dylan currently being the former. His grandfather had given him time away from everything: To recover; to discover himself; to just live life for awhile. He'd almost died, so it made sense, but he was still conflicted. He felt obligated to his family, to his new fiancee, but he was being told not to worry about any of it. Was he really on a journey to find who he is, or had his eyes finally been opened to the truth? Whichever's the case, he has simply drowned the thoughts with drugs once more. What will the latest chapter in his life tell?
Family Information
The Elders
Roderick William Kyne: The leader of the Irish Kings and Dylan's grandfather: Roderick is a man that has commanded both fear and respect for over forty-five years. He has almost single-handedly made the Kings the most powerful criminal organization in Ireland, and one of the most influential throughout all of western Europe. With his actual family in near shambles as of the events of the past decade, Roderick has spent most of his twilight years getting revenge on those that have caused his family harm. He will not stop until they have all either suffered greatly, or are six feet under.
Gael Irene Kyne - The matriarch of the Kyne family, and Dylan's grandmother: Gael is about as similar to her husband as a mouse is to a lion, but they have held their family together for over fifty years. Unlike Roderick, her time is spent making peace with those that are either allies or neutral with the Kings, and she often attends charity balls and important ceremonies throughout all of Europe. Her kindness is considered to be inhuman, and nearly all of her children and grandchildren compare the women they date or marry to her.

The Lost
Matthias Roderick Kyne - (Murdered over eight years ago) Matthias Kyne, Dylan's deceased father, was the kind of man that many of the Kings followed without hesitation. He treated his people as though they were friends, and not just as underlings in his organization, and this made him the perfect replacement for his father, Roderick. Unfortunately, only five years after taking the reigns of the Irish Kings from his father, he was murdered in cold blood on the eve of Christmas day. Those responsible were found to be members of an enemy Scottish crime family, the Murdochs. His grave can be found in the Kyne family plot, located on some rolling hills behind his father's mansion.
Yvette Lin Montaire - An ex-american model, and current make-up spokesperson, Yvette Montaire met Matthias Kyne at a young age and fell for him almost instantly. Though she didn't want to ruin her modeling career by moving to Ireland, and he couldn't leave the family business, the two of them remained in a strong, long-distance relationship until the day Matthias died. Though they never married, keeping their personal lives private from the rest of the world, they had three beautiful children together, who now serve as a constant reminder of the love she lost. Each of her children were raised with her last name, but her boys took their father's name the moment they moved back to Ireland.
Liam Seamus Kyne - The younger of Roderick's two children: Liam has always walked in the shadow of his seemingly perfect older brother. No matter how hard he tried to prove himself, he could never outshine Matthias, and so he changed his goals entirely. Knowing he would never be the heir of the Irish Kings, Liam became nothing more than an alcoholic enforcer for the family. It took him quite some time, but he eventually became quite good at bringing harm to his father's enemies. Even so, his addiction to liquor has caused him numerous problems, and he's been in and out of jail throughout his life. He is currently out on parole.

The Hopefuls
Pierce Matthias Kyne - The first born child of Matthias and Yvette: Pierce has inherited his father's ideals and empathy for his fellow man. He was moved to Ireland when he turned fifteen, after it was obvious that Dylan would be able to function without him. His years in Ireland were spent learning the family business, and getting acquainted with ally and enemy alike. Though he has shown great potential for leadership, his grandfather has found that he may be too empathetic for the lifestyle he was born into. Murder doesn't come easy to him, and the only time he actually killed someone was to save his little brother. He is currently in a maximum security prison in Ireland because of said murder, and has been there for around a year. His daughter, Liara, is currently living with his mother, fiance, and sister in New York City.
Dylan Roderick Kyne - Read the following.
Kaytlin Norah Montaire - The youngest of Matthias and Yvette's children: Kaytlin has inherited her mother's natural beauty. When she was younger, her mother put her in child beauty pageants, to which she won the large majority. As she grew up, Kaytlin became a closeted nerd: finding a love for video games, manga, and countless television shows. She hid this from all of her friends and boyfriends, as she believed that she had a reputation to uphold while she was still attending school. She began modeling for the same agency her mother did when she turned sixteen, and has gone on to earn small roles on television. She is the only one of the three children that refuses to partake in the family business, but still loves her older brothers dearly.
Aurelia Ihrin Silivasi - Only living heir of the Silivasi clan and daughter of the man that runs all of Eastern Europe, Dimitrie Silivasi: Aurelia has lived a life of luxury since birth. Her family has held high standing in Romania for centuries, and so she was nearly a national treasure when she was single. After a bloody few years between east and west European families, and the death of both her older and younger brothers, the eastern factions asked for peace. A marriage between Aurelia and Dylan was proposed, and agreed upon, before either of the newly engaged youths had a chance to even meet. Though there has been an undeniable physical attraction between the two, they merely act like they're in love when in the presence of those that matter. Otherwise, they are barely friends with each other, let alone lovers.
Brianna Sybil Dalaigh - The only daughter of one of the highest ranking members of the Irish Kings and former best friend of Matthias Kyne, Aedan Dalaigh: Brianna has known Pierce since she was thirteen years old. For most of her life, she didn't realize that her father, and the Kyne family, were criminals, but her eyes were opened the moment Matthias was murdered. Ever since then, she has spent nearly all of her time making sure that Pierce is safe and happy. She even became quick friends with Dylan when he moved to Ireland, which sparked rumors of a secret romance between the two, but they both deny it. She's been engaged to Pierce for almost two years, but prison has put a damper on their wedding. She blames Dylan for what happened to Pierce, and has stated on more than one occasion that she wishes Dylan had been imprisoned instead.

The Future
Liara Eve Kyne - The year old daughter of Pierce Kyne and Brianna Dalaigh, and Dylan's only niece: Liara was born only a few days before her father went to prison. She and her mother moved to the States for their own safety, after realizing that they were probably targets because of their closeness to Pierce. They have lived in peace over the past four months, getting to know Pierce and Dylan's mother and little sister.
Living Information
Current Profession: Travelling Musician - Dylan has taken to the road, having been given some time away from the family business to relax and live a semi-normal life for a bit. This, however, has rarely been the case so far, as Dylan has still partied, brawled, and whored his way across Europe with his one-man show. He's been conflicted about it since the beginning, but his partier lifestyle has dulled the concerns in his mind.
Living Arrangement: Hotels - Dylan stays wherever he feels like staying when he's on the road. He has the money to stay at the best hotels around, but usually finds some dingy old place with plenty of character and free drinks for entertainers.
